Due to strong popular demand, our Lirum Info app is back online.

[bit.ly/**lirum-full**](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/lirum-device-info/id591453716)

iPhone 6S, 6S Plus and the iPad Air 2 are not fully supported in terms of detailed specifications, but you can check the model of your device on the main screen:

Samsung CPU Models:

-   N71AP (iPhone 6S);
-   N66AP (iPhone 6S Plus);

TSMC CPU Models:

-   N71mAP (iPhone 6S);
-   N66mAP (iPhone 6S Plus);

Thanks for all interest and love shared recently. An updated will be issued shortly.

_Archival note: earlier on this same day we had [removed Lirum Device Info from sale](/news/lirum-device-info-removed-from-sale-until-next-update/) after widespread crashes on iOS 9; this post marked its return to the App Store just hours later. The model identifiers listed above mattered because 2015 was the year Apple dual-sourced the A9 chip between Samsung and TSMC, and the main screen of Lirum Info was a quick way to tell which variant an iPhone 6S or 6S Plus carried at the height of that debate. The app is still [available on the App Store](/products/lirum-device-info-2/), and the full device reference database that eventually replaced these manual lists is documented at [docs.lirumlabs.com](https://docs.lirumlabs.com/)._
